What a delightful vacation rental home! We stayed with 5 kids under 10, 4 adults, and plenty of room!!! The full finished basement was a great kid hide-out, with plenty of room and their own TV! We had a great view of the slopes at Holiday Valley from the porch/hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans etc and even a cake tin, which we used! This is a great place to stay. My group and I were very comfortable, the house is kept super clean, and the hot tub is a great feature. It’s in a convenient location, just minutes to get into town but still with the benefits of being on a quiet street. The house was GREAT! Our family of 3 generations had an awesome time. The layout of the home was perfect. The basement family room worked out so well in so many ways. The kids room was on the main floor, so at night when the adults were a little loud we didn't disturb the kids, and during the day if the kids wanted to play video games when we were sitting at the picnic table, we could still watch them while they enjoyed their "freedom" away from their parents and grandparents. The house also was very well equipped, especially the kitchen which was greatly used as we cooked all our meals at home. The dining room table was awesome in that it actually was big enough for all of us. We have been in homes that would accommodate sleeping 10 people, but didn't have a table or enough plates or utensils for all of us or enough room for everyone. This house provided all of that as well as beautiful surroundings for all to enjoy. I also want to comment how well George communicated with us throughout the whole experience. Any questions I had, he responded within minutes as was extremely accommodating. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home and it's host. George was a kind, responsive and accommodating host. His house is beautiful, and all of the beds were super comfortable. The e bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed the clean hot tub and grill on the back deck with incredible views. The walk out basement with bar and back yard we’re perfect.
